Everyday when we walk the streets of our towns and cities, we see them sporadically from the corner of our eye and then turn to stare. What is it about women in uniform? Uniform Taboo may not explore the answer, but they certainly give you an opportunity to fantasize more freely than perhaps you could on the street.
Uniform Taboo was launched in April 2005, so I am not expecting an over-abundance of content. There is nothing spectacular about the site design except that it is neatly laid out and organized with a focus on the latest update, taboo news and an easy menu that will direct you to a number of uniform categories.
There are in fact ten uniform categories including standards like babes, nurses, maids, and business. There are also less common ones like nuns. What caught my attention were brides, lingerie and latex categories. I don't especially consider these to be uniforms, but rather my perception of them is that they're garments. For example, I could have accepted lingerie as a uniform if it were in the context of boudoir, cathouse madam or even erotic dancer; however it isn't presented as anything different than say lingerie in a catalogue. I was also a bit disappointed and surprised not to find a category of police and military uniforms, although they can be located under the 'Fantasy' heading. From the look of the site, the focus is more on submissive, uniformed babes than dominant ones.
In this context, Uniform-Taboo offers quite a lot of variety. I'm not exactly sure how often the site is updated, but judging from the amount of content since April; it's obvious they add new photo sets more than once a week. While there are not many extras, there are two bonus sites encompassing nubile niche and nylon fetish.
Movies are not quite as plentiful as the 177 photo sets. There are 11 videos that are non-downloadable Windows Media streams. They are offered in a multiple number of 2-minute clips with babes masturbating, or with fantasy costumed hardcore couples. The images are very clear for their size, but the viewing window is small.
There are approximately 36 photos (768x1024) in every set. I found the style of photography a bit on the dull side. The lighting was perfect, angles were great, settings were diverse and images were clear. In fact, there was even a variety of solo shots, dildo play and a touch of hardcore. However, the pictures were definitely glamour-oriented shots that reminded me more of a shopping catalogue than an erotic adventure. The other thing that bothered me was the repetition of uniforms. It felt like the site owned a rack of uniforms that they kept re-using on different models. This was especially noticeable in the Babe category, and while it may not be true, this was my impression.
Overall, UniformTaboo sticks to the fetish of beautiful fresh babes clad in a variety of attire. It will certainly appeal to those of you into clear, clean glamour style photography. However, if you're more artistic and anything like me, then other than the movies, you'll be more excited by walking into a uniform store than you'll be from the style of the photographs.
