Hot Spanked promises some good, old-fashioned over-the-knee, or better known as OTK, smacking. While bare hands appear to be the typical mode of punishment for misbehavior here, there are also paddles and sometimes belts used on bare nubile bottoms.
While I expected more out of the design and layout of HotSpanked, I wasn't in the least surprised to find that there wasn't any hardcore. There also aren't any bonus sites or extra galleries, but there are plenty of tit and pussy shots, which should please some.
The site is all rather plain and what you get are 17 movies and 15 sets of photos. Obviously, the site could stand to increase the amount of episodes on offer. It wasn't until I searched the actual photo sets that I discovered there were a couple of extra links to stories and bonuses listed in a menu. At first I wondered why the site didn't highlight these in the members' area, but I soon realized that both are under construction, so for now you'll have to make do with the pics and vids.
There really isn't much character to this site. I expected there to be some short descriptions of the scenarios to enhance the fantasy and experience, but basically the episodes are just dropped in your lap and you are left to figure out what kind of trouble the chicks have created in order to deserve their spankings. This is fine for video, but I could have used that added descriptive color for the photos.
There are approximately 45 shots in each photo set. They're plainly amateur. Some begin with models posing and then there are a couple of spanking photos tossed into the mix and others are more pictorial in nature with chicks in classroom settings where their naughtiness is evident and where their punishments are well deserved. The photos are fairly clear, yet the resolution isn't all that great and without a slideshow or Zip file you're left with a lot of back clicking.
While there aren't any titles or model details, at least we get to know the name of each naughty amateur. Windows Media movies are available in one-minute dial-up clips or as a full 20 minute download or streaming episodes. The quality leaves a lot to be desired. I liked the set-ups and felt they were fairly well improvised, but spanking is the kind of niche that requires great sound and image. You can hear a hard hand slapping on skin, but the films aren't all that clear, so I wasn't able to immerse myself into the image of flesh on flesh or even reddening buttocks.
Hot Spanked left me feeling high and dry. If there was better quality content, then I might be able to say something nice about the site, but there isn't so I'll leave it at that.
