With a name like Bars and Stripes I initially envisioned some army role play, but had an "ah ha, of course" moment upon finding that the site actually features prison situations where bad babes are punished by traditional CP measures.
Since history has a wide range of penal punishments, I was both curious to discover what traditional measures might be used and was eager to get to the exclusive content. However, I baited back my impatience to take a look around and see what else BarsAndStripes was offering.
While amateur in design, I liked the set-up if only because it kept in theme with the whole prison atmosphere. A photo of the prison, a welcome message and an invitation to make suggestions added to a fantasy whereby you, as a member, are the one running the prison. Latest news is presented in letter/memo form, updates are listed by date and there's an average of four per week. There's a prison diary detailing inmate experiences, prison regimes and punishments. There's also a list of inmates, and each one's intake page details her background, crime and sentence.
Video and photo content is listed as "in the prisoners' area" and "on the outside." There are ten locations, including the cell block, solitary, prison grounds and Governor's office to name a few. However, content is listed in parts rather than full episodes, and, frankly, it could be better organized. There are 65 photosets, and there are also video captures, but they hardly compare in quality. Since the pictures are Zipped in sets of around 90 images, you can only see them in a Winzip viewer. They're high quality and completely get across the individual punishments with clarity.
There are 95 prison scenarios downloadable in average-quality Windows Media files. An East Londoner named Honey Hardy was recently convicted of lewd behavior. While her intake film was approximately 15 minutes, only part one of her punished exercise experience was available. I suppose waiting for parts adds a bit of suspense, but I prefer to have it all at once. While the movies could be better quality I really loved the realistic settings, the appropriate uniforms and especially the believability of the situations and the acting.
Honey's a bit of a lazy lass and her pathetic exercise performance leads to her spanking. While the guards merely warm up her bottom with a hand spanking in part one, I found myself looking forward to seeing what might happen in part two, since one guard was carrying a flogger with him and Honey was proving herself a little disobedient.
Those into CP prison scenarios will love the believable and exciting fantasies created on Bars and Stripes. The site needs a bit of work, as I've pointed out, and full-length movies would be worth downloading, but otherwise this is a sure bet for painfully pleasurable penal punishments.
