With a sitename like Gyno Lesbians, you're probably thinking that it's some sort of medical site that shows sex scenes taking place in a gynecologist's office. You would be about 40% right if you did. It turns out that, while this is the focus of the site, it's really just a general lesbian site.
If I had to make a guess, I'd say only about half of the scenes found on GynoLesbians actually take place in an exam room or doctor's office, while a bunch of the ones that do randomly show the doctor in question as dressed up in a chef's uniform. I guess they figured as long as the coat is white, it would be considered sanitary enough for medical situations.
Most of the scenes start off the same, meaning a babe walks into a room and strips for her partner. When the partner is a doctor, she will take out a stethoscope to perform boob-measuring exercises (which makes me wonder why my doctors always used them to check my breathing). In some of the medical scenes, this is also followed up with some speculum play, whereas the non-medical scenes often whip out a gigantic dildo.

I'm not sure why that's necessary, but it's making me seriously regret not following a career path in gynecology.
