At one time or another, I'm sure we have all crushed on our doctor, after all what other virtual stranger has such intimate contact with our body? The one thing that I didn't like about DoctorTushy (and I may as well get it out of the way) was the design and organization of the member page. It simply didn't excite me and contained far too many banners linking you to ads and other sites. There's a link to stories, but there are no stories and there's a link to letters written by members, but there aren't letters despite the tour page testimonials that were apparently sent in by members. Of course, these things are minor when you see how much exclusive content there is and how often the site updates.
Here are 161 photo sets and the images are professional and clear (700x467). All of the scenes take place in a doctor's office and everything is medical from the furniture to uniforms and right down to the posters on the wall. There's no zip file option, so if you want to download, then you'll have to do it image by image, which is a bit of a pain, but then pain is what Dr Tushy is in search of curing!
What makes this site great are the 158 videos. Almost all of them are medical related, although I did note a couple of spanking movies added in the archives, yet the majority caters to the niche. All are offered in two to four parts and while the recent films are wmv files, the older ones are also offered to view in Real Player. Whenever possible, I'd suggest viewing the two to three-minute Windows Media files, which are a much higher quality, brightly lit and very clear.
I watched a few different movies to really get a sense of what kind of treatments these doctors give their patients and found that they were fairly tame aside from the rare blowjob and fucking scenes. Many of the movies focus on role-play and the site pulls it off really well with the use of stethoscopes, tongue presses and thermometers.
