Goth as a sub-culture has both grown and evolved over the years and so it's not surprising that various aspects have become a part of the fetish scene or that Goth Chicks have filtered into the world of internet porn.
The GothChicks.net Member's Lair isn't as elaborate as I expected. The design lacks the dark mood and imagery of Goth and the layout is rather dull to tell the truth. The navigation is not confusing, though. There is a text menu at the top of the page and you can follow content by scrolling the thumbnail previews of amateur fetish and Gothic slut babes.
Before I get to the main content, the site offers members quite a variety of bonus material that sticks to the Goth erotica theme. Eight friends sites like Barely Evil and My Vamp and links to fetish porn DVDs, Vampire pay-preview and bondage or piercing magazine are easily accessible. However, none of the six bonus sites offered have anything to do with the Gothic scene or even fetish for that matter.
The site doesn't really offer much. Certainly, it doesn't offer any videos, which means you'll have to be content with the photographs. There are 30 GothChicks and a whole lot more in the way of photos. Each vamp or vampiresque babe possesses more than one photoset.
There are 142 Goth and 23 Bondage sets. Adding content once a week, the vault of pictures is slowly growing. The number of images per set varies from a low of around 45 to a much higher 463 pictures.
I've seen at least one of the babes, Rosaleen, on another spanking fetish site and she's always a pleasure to come across. She's not the only beautiful chick though. There are a lot of sexy and gorgeous babes on the site and there are a few more average types as well.
Photos are 800x600, but the thumbnails look a lot better than the downloadable enlargements. For example, there's a really great black and white nude set of a babe named Angie. It could have been a fabulous set. There were some really terrific shots, but the photographer left his model floating in the centre of the photo with the framing cutting her on body joints, which always gives an amputated impression. Framing should give a sense of wholeness to the body.
Another color set of Goth Chick Sarah on a blue cloth backdrop leaves far too much dead space in the frame. I can see that the shooter is trying to be creative, however, on a site that only offers pictures, I expect fewer errors in framing and lighting.
Overall, the Goth sets were tasteful and teasing pictures profiling the models and their Goth-wear, make-up and style. The Bondage sets were more theme-oriented or editorial in nature. There are smoking fetish sets, chain, tape and plastic wrap bondage as well as FemDom and spanking. Aside from sexy GothChicks, the site doesn't offer much in the way of quality or excitement.
