In some dark and devious version of the Sound Of Music, Submissive Males are among my favorite things. However, this site has more of a gay slant than a straight one and caters to subs and their Masters.
SubmissiveMales is probably the first gay BDSM site I have reviewed for Fetish Fish and I find the concept exciting and refreshing. However, knowing that the bonus sites include AmateurSlave, SlaveSluts and especially PowerGoddess, I don't want to get my hopes up quite yet. None of the bonuses offer any additional guy on guy themes, although they are BDSM geared.
The organization and navigation of the site are simple and there is a basic design and only one upsell as far as I can tell. Unfortunately, the ad is for Fleshlight, which would hardly appeal to the men around here unless some subs are into forced masculinization. Anyhow, joking aside, the menu is clear, there is a keyword search engine and an update list that sadly hasn't listed anything in the last 90-days.
Keeping an open mind as well as my hopes up, I discover that there are 11 categories of photos. The variety of themes, which include CBT, gangbang, bondage, foot and boot worship and true slaves, is exciting. There are 86 sets with around 70 photos in each. However, there's no slide show and no zip download. If you want the pics then you'll have to grab individual ones and even then, I'm not sure they're worth it. The lighting is mediocre and I didn't appreciate being able to see clusters of pixels in the photos (1024x819). There are some good scenes captured, yet the photography is half-assed, amateur and I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were video captures.
I hoped for something more promising from the movie gallery. However, there are no videos, which really irritated me. It wouldn't be so bad if the photos were spectacular, but since they aren't it really bit the dust that there weren't films. Also, it made me wonder that if there were video captures in the photo galleries, then which movies did they come from? Obviously, the site might not be as exclusive as I may have imagined.
There are supposed to be regular updates, yet the last time any site news was posted was in 2005, which leads me to believe that this BDSM site has all but been abandoned.
Since Submissive Males only houses mediocre photography and doesn't seem to update - ever � I really don't know what to say other than the price is astronomical under the circumstances, the bonuses are useless to gay men and to be perfectly frank and blunt the site just sucks.
