In addition to the parental figures on INeedAMommy, there are babysitters and even one scene involving a coworker who regresses you and lovingly puts you into a diaper. There are scenes where you, as a little fella, have messed your diapers and need a serious scolding. There are also a couple of scenes in which your "mommy" and her friend make fun of you. Of course, there are no sexual overtones to any of the content. This is pure infantilism.
The bulk of the scenes on this site revolve around you being cared for by some very special ladies who want to make you feel safe and secure. Warm, sensitive women whose only desire is to make you feel like you are very special.
The scenes are all shot POV-style, so that you feel like these women are speaking directly to you. You won't actually see anyone else in the scenes but the women, which is nice. It gives you the opportunity to really put yourself in the position of the one being spoken to.
There are currently 28 videos that can be downloaded in good-quality Windows Media format. All the content is there on one page, so navigation isn't really an issue. There is no update information or any date stamps on the videos, so it's impossible to know how often new content is being added to the site.
