I haven't the slightest idea what Puuko means, but if I were to venture a guess, I would say it might be the sound you make when you see hot and heavy hentai hardcore. Regardless of what it means, it offers you tons of anime babes sucking and fucking for your viewing pleasure.

You'll find 1,059 image sets spread out among the pictures, doujin and manga sections. The quality varies per set and category, with most from the "pictures" section offering medium-res pics, while many in the manga section are high-res.
The overwhelming majority of doujin and manga are untranslated, but many of the movies are dubbed in English. The "games" page explains not only how to play the game, but also how to add subtitles to them in your preferred language.
A sizable chunk of the content has black bars or pixilation preventing you from seeing a cock or pussy. This is by far at its worst in the "pictures" section, but for the site as a whole, I'd say only about half the content is censored.
At the very top of the page, "exxxtra" sites and "live cams" are listed, but these cost extra. Another thing that's misleading is the ability to list 20, 40, 60 and all image sets on each section. Doing so refreshes the page, which actually lists 36.

Puuko has a few kinks to work out, but they're pretty minor in comparison to the large amount of hardcore hentai content, all of which is fairly high in quality. So if you like seeing hentai hotties having sex, then it's worth checking out.
