Bizarrely, even though all of the updates have screen caps, not all of the updates come with movies. I suppose in these cases the screen caps do provide the useful, if not enjoyable, function of showing you what you're missing.
In all, you do get about 11 full-length videos to enjoy and they do have great-quality playback. Each one is an average of about 28 minutes long and can be streamed or downloaded in a range of qualities to suit your bandwidth allowance. Windows Media, QuickTime or in most cases, both version are available.
