As a word, dungeon is almost synonymous with medieval, and yet a dungeon in that era was the main tower of a castle. In fact, it was the last line of defense and a place of safety. The word has evolved a long way since then and in a major reversal, it is now thought of as a place to bring out fear and torture. Sites like Master Lens Dungeon exploit it as a chamber for bondage, spankings and other BDSM punishments and pleasures.
Of course, there are good dungeons and bad ones and my preference is for a space where you can almost feel the concrete walls closing in on you or taste the mustiness of an underground chamber. What I don't like are painted backdrops and fake looking sets, which is basically the setting for MasterLensDungeon.
While there are plenty of graphics on the homepage, I found the design to be a bit too busy. There is neither a menu dividing videos from photos, nor is there a search function to find various scenes like those containing ropes as opposed to gagging. However, there's not exactly an over-abundance of content either.
There are five episodes featured on the member's page. In order to find the rest of the content, you need to scroll to the thumbnails on the bottom of the page. Here you'll find 19 sessions, each with a set of pictures and videos.
The photos are amateur and truly unattractive. It kind of reminded me of trailer park photography. Containing 125 to 275 per set, there are definitely enough photos (640x480), however you kind of have to ask yourself who cares? The images are horribly blurry. There's no creativity in the shots and there's very little diversity in angles. What you get are basically video captures.
Videos last anywhere between 20 and 55-minutes in length, but don't expect to watch it from beginning to end in one smooth go. The downloadable movies are divided into a variety of five-minute clips and the number depends on the complete running time of the video. There's a choice between dial-up and broadband (350k). Even though the speed and size of the .wmv files was average, the image quality was not too bad.
What I liked was Master Len's style. He does a lot of talking, teasing, manipulating his slaves and building up tension as he binds, spanks or suspends them. Watching a session is like looking in on a private moment and Master Len always respectfully breaks up the intensity with a bit of humor when his submissive needs a bit of breathing space.
There are things about MasterLensDungeon that could use serious improvement and quality is among them. I'm not sure how often the site updates, but when it comes down to the actual sessions, the amateur videos were intimate and believable scenarios. You do get access to two bonus sites when you become a member, but taking everything into account this is an average site.
